Bridge Installation Project- building sections

 The beginning of the project conceptually centered around an old door, the idea being to create a portal into the ecosystem of  Coal Creek and other local waterways. 

I attached a chair part to the top, to represent antlers belonging to the deer and elk that live here.

Here I am, attaching parts together. I used as many pre-used screws as I could.

I created the sections outside of my studio.

Here are two, almost completed. For transporting the pieces into town, I made them so that they weren't too heavy for me to carry and so that they would fit into the bed of a pickup truck.
